MENU

Halo Halo

Halo halo means "mixed" in Tagalog. It is a cold dessert containing shaved ice and evaporated milk, topped with delicious sweet toppings. Only a small showing of what's coming next!

Lugaw

Although some things may seem unfamiliar to us, they can also surprise us. Lugaw is ginger flavored rice porridge garnished with egg, fried garlic, scallion, and a choice of chicken or tripe.

Lumpia Shanghai

These may seem familiar to you, but they're actually also a Filipino favorite! Lumpia is fried pork shrimp rolls.

Pansit Palabok

Pansit Palabok is rice noodles in shrimp broth garnished with chicharon, shrimp, egg, fried garlic, and scallions.

Sago't Gulaman

And finally, another dessert to finish this  sweet menu off. Sago't Gulaman is shaved ice with sago, agar, and brown sugar syrup.
